Vintage Souvenir Hand Carved & Painted Wooden Shoes/Clogs w/Windmill

From my sister's collection,  mid 1990's. Non-smoking/pet home. They are in pretty good shape except for tips of toes have some minor dings. (see pictures). 6 3/4" long x 3" wide. Holes where they were tied together, which she obviously removed.
